Sunday Fun Run at Old Cutler Trails

Hey everyone! It's Sunday and I'm looking forward to getting out later this afternoon for a fun 3 1/2 mile run with friends and fitness enthusiasts. 

A few years ago I was very overweight, about 255lbs and didn't exercise. We all know that exercise is important, especially when zombies are on the loose because they get the slow people first so exercise makes you faster and less likely to be attacked by zombies. 

Now I'm 180lbs and absolutely love getting regular exercise because it keeps me thin, healthy, it's fun and I made a bunch of new friends. 

I haven't ran a marathon yet, but will plan on running in a marathon in the future. My first 5k race was January of 2017 and my time was 28 min and 40-something seconds.
