“I am happy to teach children because here I found the contentment. Every time I help learner to understand the lesson, the more I become completed.”

To make the discussion worthwhile, I group the learners into three groups wherein they can share their ideas to make the learning process easier and knowledgeable.

Teaching is a business. We need to invest an effort to assure the growth of our learners. And as a business man we need to compete in any distractions to maintain the high achievement of our learners; we also need to apply appropriate approach and timing as a continual process. It means that we must have an extra plan to assure the success of the teaching-learning process.

Aside from exerting effort, competing, and finding appropriate approach. We must be creative enough to harmonize the customer to increase the sales. Since our customer is our learners, we must present our lesson creatively that will caught their attention for the development of their own capability.

All of us are unique, and I’m sure that all of us are different on how we motivate our learners to learn well.  With this scenario, we cannot blame our pupils why some of them are not listening in some point of discussion. It is simply that, you as a teacher do not used some approach or method that will fit to their learning.
