I was wondering about how the science and technology is progressing day by day, its a good thing at one end but it takes too much time from 1440 minutes a day. We mismange our thing due to these distructions. 

Are the hazards or usefull its up to you. But the quality time which we could give to ourselves are spending with us, we don't mediate spend some time with ourselve. We are flowing ourself though this technology without having any reselence.
