Now a days most of the people even children also facing major issue obesity. To reduce your weight I will suggest some remedies to do.

people every morning doing jogging it is good but especially women are walking in the morning and after lunch they are taking rest(sleep) this is not at all useful. So, please avoid afternoon Sleep.

Before starting jogging take 1 glass of hot water with lemon and honey with empty stomach.

After walking everyday take 1 glass of carrot juice. Carrot juice is very effective to reduce fat.

Take light breakfast (oil less) – 2 boiled eggs, 1cup of milk or idly-4 or oats or cup of corn flakes.

Please avoid Coffee and Tea instead these you can take Green Tea, If it is not possible take hot water alone.

Lunch—Don’t prefer deep fries, ghee and curd also. Before lunch take one cup of raw cabbage it will help to burn fat. After lunch make a habit to eat fruits like cucumber, watermelon plz avoid banana

Dinner—take three rotis with fruit salad before going bed take 1 glass of hot water with lemon and honey.

If you are following above remedies definitely you will reduce your fat.
