Unhealthy foods Part I

Sometime homemade food, sometimes outside food, in the busy life nor the good food nor any diet plan. Whenever we feel hungry, without consider whether or not it is right food to our health, we eat. During eating, you would think these are very tasty. But the effect appears as abdominal pain, bloating, gas, fatigue etc. So we should know in advance what we are eating, it is okay or not for our body.

Today we have come up with the same foods which you should avoid eating.

 

Processed Food

 

Ready-to-eat food from outside are quite slow to digest. It is very difficult to digest, because these have low nutrition, fiber and protein.

 

Whole grain

 

It is true that whole grain is not healthy for the body at all. Whole grain have gluten (found in grain which is elastic, which can mold it into any shape dough).

 

Fruit juice

 

Prefer eating fruit juices are all over nowadays. To recover from illness or to keep the body healthy, everyone just wants to drink juice. But did you know that the juice can harm your health. Yes, juice contains less vitamins and protein than artificial flavors and sugar which is not healthy for you, and make you gradually ill.
