Aspartame, saccharin, Sobritol, Jhalitol, Malitol, mannitol, Soyclamets, Skraloj etc. contain artificial sweetener, which contribute to bloating. Also, blood sugar levels tend to unbalance. All these are in diet drinks, Sweets, cookies, chew gum etc. Much use of these leads to diabetes, blood pressure, cancer, obesity problem and swelling in the abdomen.

 

Salty food

 

Salty foods are the biggest cause of inflammation in the stomach, because the high sodium foods tend to collect water in the body. The risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, flatulence and cancer etc. become very high. Much sodium is in processed food. So we should eat the same things, which have less amount of sodium or salt.

 

Caffeine

 

you drink coffee in office to feel fresh. But did you know that coffee does not wake you up, but that make you sleep. Yes, caffeine in coffee, tea and soft drinks, etc., brings lethargy and sleepiness. However, the effect remains the next day which makes you feel tired. This happens only when large amount of caffeine you take.

 

Dairy Products

 

If your body can not digest the milk sugar or lactose, so after taking dairy products, you may feel bloated belly. This problem is called lactose intolerance. It is most common in people in some Asian countries. So if you have this problem then please consult a dietician. Not only that,the heart disease, diabetes and liver-related diseases has also improved.
