All forms of Terrorism/fanaticism and its related groups that kill/harm innocent human beings anywhere around the

world in the name of any religion is not a human being let alone a believer( a Muslim). 
Terrorist using religion of Islam to justify their acts are not fellow brothers/sisters to anyone,

they are unable to sympathize with their Ummah and do not represent Muslims as a Whole.

Also, as a collective Ummah globally, Muslims hold anyone who harm innocent civilians as a

kafir, an "unbeliever" in Islam as it is advised in the core principles of Islam for Muslims to be lenient,

merciful, forgiving and humane towards all of Gods children/creatures, especially towards ones enemy.
