Hello guys and friends it was a very hard day today because I suffered to much pain in my head. Head ache is one of the painful part in our work it was very irritating because I am working here in the office it was so lucky day because we don’t have enough clients today. There so many factors to be considered why we have some head aches. When we lack of sleep we felt head ache. When we do not have enough foods in stomach we will have some pain. I already went to the pharmacy and bought some medicines for it. I drink some coffee to stop the pain as well.
