INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 5 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Juice lemons into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add blueberries and mint and stir. When ready to serve, add ice. This recipe will serve four to six people -- and leave them all very happy and refreshed!
