Lavender iced lattes

I love lavender-flavored anything: coffee, cake, ice cream, tea... I recently grabbed some lavender stalks at the grocery store and decided to make some honey lavender lattes. After trying that out, I thought, why not try mixing lavender with condensed milk? I love both ingredients in my coffee, with the latter more commonly used to make Vietnamese coffee. Anyway, I really enjoyed how it turned out so I thought I'd share the easy recipe!

Ingredients

- 2 cups almond vanilla milk
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 25 sprigs of lavender

Instructions

- Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat
- Cook on medium for 5-7 mins until lightly bubbling (don't cook for any longer or it will turn bitter)
- Remove lavender and let cool
- Pour 1-2 shots of espresso to a glass cup filled halfway with lavender condensed milk
- Add ice and garnish with a few sprigs of lavender
Makes enough for 2-3 lattes
