Assalamoalaikum :) Post#6
Have you ever thought of what is the reason behind your creation? Why are you here? Why do you exist?

Well, being a Muslim we must know what Allah has told us and what does he want from us since he is our Glorious Creator :)
Allah subhanahu wa ta'la created us to worship him alone with out associating any partners with Him. Let's talk about Prayer. It is one of the Pillars of Islam. Prayer is obligatory yet we see a lot of our Muslim brothers neglecting it :( The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam said that the difference between a Muslim and a non-muslim is Salah(Prayer) so whoever neglects it has disbelieved. Dear brothers this is NO JOKE! Prayer is something Great. At first it were 50 prayers but then the The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam had them reduced by asking Allah until it were 5 prayers. 5 prayers for the reward of 50.

It is literally shameful to see Muslims neglecting prayers. It doesn't even take much time. They give priority to worldly matters. This dunya is Paradise for the disbelievers and Prison for the believers. We should take more time to spend regarding our religion. We know it's the truth. We know it leads us to the right way yet we neglect :( We have to be like strangers. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam said Islam began strange and will end strange. Praying the prayers on time is a shield that protects us from evil and wrong acts :)
May Allah make us from those who pray with clean intentions. Ameen

Hadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “Between a man and shirk and kufr there stands his neglect of the prayer.” (Narrated by Muslim in Kitaab al-Eemaan from Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)).

It was narrated that Anas ibn Maalik said: Abu Dharr narrated that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The roof of my house was split open when I was in Makkah, and Jibreel (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came down and split open my chest and washed it with Zamzam water. Then he brought a golden vessel filled with wisdom and faith and poured it into my chest, then he sealed it. Then he took me by the hand and ascended with me into the lowest heaven. When I reached the lowest heaven Jibreel said to the gatekeeper, ‘Open up!’ He said, ‘Who is this?’ He said, ‘Jibreel.’ He said, ‘Is there anyone with you?’ He said, ‘Yes, Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is with me.’ He said, ‘Has his mission begun?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ And when it was opened we went up into the lowest heaven… Then Allaah enjoined upon my ummah fifty prayers, and I came back until I passed by Moosa who said, ‘What has Allaah enjoined upon your ummah?’ I said, ‘He has enjoined fifty prayers.’ He said, ‘Go back to your Lord, for your ummah will not be able to bear that.’ So I went back and He reduced it. Then I came back to Moosa and said, ‘He has reduced it.’ He said, ‘Go back to your Lord, for your ummah will not be able to bear that.’ So I went back and He reduced it further. Then I came back to Moosa and said, ‘He has reduced it further.’ He said, ‘Go back to your Lord, for your ummah will not be able to bear that.’ So I went back and He said, ‘(The prayers) are five but (the reward) is fifty. The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed [cf. Qaaf 50:29].’ Then I went back to Moosa and he said, ‘Go back to your Lord.’ But I said, ‘I feel shy before my Lord.’…”
