A Thought On Privacy

I saw this on one of my favorite channels on Youtube.  This is from the JustKiddingFilms crew.  This one is from their news section.  The title talks about how a DEA agent used the information given to impersonate that person he/she captured.  

This one is bordering on the privacy portion of human rights. If I understand the video right, the officer tried to fake an identity to get another drug bust event.  The thing is, having to search for additional information aside from the current suspect may require a separate warrant.  I think the people here have a case.  Sometimes the law can overstep their bounds?
