The Amelia Island

 

Amelia Island is an island in Nassau County in Florida. The south most bit of the Sea Islands, a chain of counteractive action islands extending along the east bank of the United States from South Carolina to Florida; it is 13 miles long and about 4 miles wide at its most sweeping point. The social occasions of Fernandina Beach and Amelia City are both found on the island.
