Altogether 13 people injured in earthquake of April 25 were brought to Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) in Bihar for treatment. But they were so unfortunate that pieces of leucoplast reading 'bhukamp' meaning earthquake were pasted on the foreheads of nine of them. The incident has kicked up a row not only in the state but also across the whole country.
