All the cricket lovers in India were shocked when India had lost the three-match series 1-2 in Bangladesh to give the hosts a historic bilateral series victory. It was quite natural that Bangladesh would cherish the joy. But that does not mean that they would hurt the sentiments of the Indians by disrespecting Indian cricket. A fake 'cutter' advertisement published in a Bangladeshi newspaper which has gone viral online shows seven Indian cricketers standing with their heads half-shaven. The young Bangladeshi pacer Mustafizur Rahman, who tormented the Indian players in the ODI series, is shown endorsing a cutter - symbolizing his 'off-cutters'. It proves a bad taste of the newspaper. It is not only disrespect towards the Indian cricket team but also an utter disrespect towards the game of cricket. We strongly condemn it.
