Aylas shoot Paws

i was on camera for Ayla's shoot. i brought my camera and i drove for the shoot. the day did go well but on a whole i did find it hard working with one of the crew members who was making it difficult on the day. i did come up with a few good ideas for the shoot and i was the one communicating with Steve the owner and asking him whether we could get certain shots that would benefit him further.

i had kept Steve in the loop all the way through and because of that he went out of his way to try and help us further, this got us shots that were more constant with the documentary and gave it the edge that it would have not had if we hadn't of asked.

on the day i could only work as hard as i could do and the other crew member was the one trying to make the situation worse, she constantly tried to make us look bad in front of the clients and i felt like i had to go around undoing what she had been doing through the day.

We spent two days filming at the location because i had messed up the white balance and from that day had learnt a lot more about my camera than ever before. at this point i felt like i was on the road to becoming a good camera operator i just needed the chance to improve on my skills i needed to further myself.
