Director Rakesh Chaturvedi says his movie 'HK Bhalla@Halla.Kom' is full of mischief.

 

Rakesh Chaturvedi said, “‘BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom’s story came to my mind when I faced obstacles just as people face in day to day life for not owning a home in big cities.”

Filmmaker Rakesh Chaturvedi, who is busy promoting his film “BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom” says he was inspired from his own life when he was rejected for marriage multiple times due to not having his own house.

“‘BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom’s story came to my mind when I faced obstacles just as people face in day to day life for not owning a home in big cities. Owning a house in any big city like Lucknow, Delhi or Mumbai is a dream of any common man. Also every person has to struggle a lot to have a house,” he said at a media interaction.

 

The requirement for a house in everyone’s life and how this leads to turmoil in the lives is the subject that Chaturvedi is trying to depict in a happy, message-filled way through his film.

“I have gone through the same turmoil when I was rejected seven, eight times for marriage due to not having my own house. Gradually that develops in my mind to make a script on this subject in a lighter way,” he added.

The film features Ujjwal Rana, and Inshika Bedi in the lead roles.

The trailer of “BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom” will be released on January 5 and it is set to hit theatres on February 5.

“With the help of fun elements, we are trying to convey a very simple statement which turns out to be extremely meaningful," he added.

But why such a title for the film?

“There is a saying -- 'An entire lifetime is spent building a house'. So all matters related to the struggle of a house is what we've tried to capture in a very situational, mischievous and fun manner. That's why we have titled it as 'BHK',” he explained.

'BHK' refers to Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen, the pre-requisite of a house.

The film is jointly produced under the banner of 9 Production, GM Film Production and RCOM Productions.

The audience will have one more comedy movie this season along with ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum 3’ and ‘Mastizaade’. Another movie ‘BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom’ will be out this February as well. Let us tell you that this movie will be a situational comic movie that is going to make you laugh so much this winter. Yes, the star cast of the movie is no as strong as it is with other movies like ‘Mastizaade’ and ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum 3’. But, this movie seems to be a very good comic movie indeed.
