I have tried sending an email to the team already when I encountered glitch before. Actually, not just once but I think I already emailed them for about four times now. And none of them were rejected by the team. They answer every queries and responds as soon as they can and as long as they know how to resolve it. Also, they are very open for questions about issues which troubles or confuses their members and I salute them for that.

That is merely what we need here. A paying social networking site which assist their members well. I hope they would be consistent as this community grows further.
