Serves: 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- Cashew layer:
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Green layer:
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup dairy-free plain yogurt (I used So Delicious)
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the cashew ingredients together in a blender (banana, cashew butter, chia seeds, milk) and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Rinse out the blender, but don't wash it completely (you can if you want, but it's not necessary).
- Place the green ingredients together into the blender (banana, avocado, yogurt, milk) and blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the green mixture overtop the cashew butter layer.
- Enjoy!
