In today’s world there is still the gap between men and women. For men it affects their ego when they see their partners working or earning good. It is strange that the family has not changed yet in the society. There are more opportunity in home based employed, the traditional role of women are still quite evident.

In the absence of men, can women really be the man of the house? Yes, they can. Many women are capable in finance, fixtures and fitting, and be capable of single parent and breadwinner. In respect, women are like man. They have the capability of juggling more than one issue at a time unlike the man and more tempered to her feelings.

In today’s world, women have empowered man; a woman can hold a best post in the industry. She can run a country. Her thought have flourished and likewise changed. Woman always never apart or distinguish between they partners. Still in today’s world, it is noticed that woman who have that knowledge and skill are still in house who are stuck to the culture of their family.  Alternatively, are not allowed by their husbands to work as she might earn a little higher. However, women have emerged in this developing India.
