Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg (Cubes)
Tomatoes 2 (Cubes)
Green chilies 3 to 4
Oil ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Whole Cumin 1tbsp
Sliced ginger 1 tbsp
Fried onion 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Qasori methi ½ tsp
Hot spices powder ½ tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil, add garlic for sauté.
Then add crushed tomatoes and fried onion and sauté it.
Also add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and stir together.
Then add boneless chicken and cook until chicken is tender.
Include beaten yogurt, whole coriander and whole cumin and stir fry.
Then add finely sliced ginger and julien sliced green chilies and mix.
At the end add ground Qasori meethi, hot spices powder and fresh cream.
Garnish with ginger and green chilies and serve.
