Movie Description

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, Disney's most recent version of the timeless classic Cinderella stars Cate Blanchett, Lily James and Richard Madden. 

As if dealing with the sudden death of her mother wasn't life-changing enough, Cinderella (James) must now adjust to a wicked stepmother, Lady Tremaine (Blanchett), who envies her new step-daughter's beauty and innocence. Cinderella's two stepsisters (Anastasia and Drisella) are nearly as dastardly as their mother, making the heroine's day-to-day existence far from idyllic. 

Just when it appears there's no hope (or future) for Cinderella, a fairy godmother appears, bearing the magical glass
