Cuisine in India

India is famous for it cuisine. Everywhere in India you will find different kind of food and different kind of taste.Indian cuisine have so much variety that it vary from place to place. Every individual state and town is known for a special variety of Indian food. Hyderabad has its special biryani, Rajasthan is known for its Dal bati Churma, Punjab has its Makke ki roti and Sarson ka saag, Tamil Nadu has its dosas and idlis and so on. 

Indians like to have sweets after every meal. It is a necessary thing in India. It also changes its varieties like in Punjab state you will have Gud(Jaggery) and in Bengal state you will find Rosgulla after every meal.
Food in India is incomplete without sweets so these delicious dishes also find their way into famous Indian foods. Be it Gajar ka halwa, Rasogulla, Gulab Jamun or Kheer, these food of India are quiet an addiction for those with sweet tooth. 
Snacks also have its own place in India. There are many varieties based on demography in India. In north India you will see snacks like Gol gappas and Samosas and in south India you will see Bhajji made from potato, bringle and banana. These snacks are completely enjoyable for eaters. Most people like to have these snacks in evening time.
