I went to Häagen-Dazs today for free samples of ice cream. Naturally, I brought my own spoon, but the guy behind the counter wouldn’t allow it. Do you realize how long it takes to fill your stomach using those tiny plastic spoons? My whole day was shot. However, around closing time, I did get a chance to try their Vanilla Honey Bee. To help raise awareness of the depleting bee population, they created this special flavor as a tribute to the honey bee. I respect that. And yes, it was delicious. If they accepted my roommate’s food stamps, I probably would’ve bought a cone. I'm Pro-bee myself. Okay, so I didn’t create an ice cream… Yet. But has Häagen-Dazs risked their life and face by attempting a not so thought out bee heist? I have, let's all help the honey bees!
