2.Then when you finished step one the site it will direct you for information, You must enter your information, your email address,password,your address,birthday,zipcode and phone number.All of this is required.After you filled up the necessary information click Agree and create account.

3. The third step after you click agree and create account the page of paypal.com will direct you to 2 options pay with my bank account and pay with my credit card. If you have credit card click continue the same process with bank account and then your done and then you start transferring money in paypal
