How stay positive in a bad day?

-          It is really very important because one should know how to restructure bad day into something really very valuable day even an epic day. Bad day comes all of a sudden and destroy everything so we should be well planned enough to handle it. It is requires an art to be positive in a bad day. Following are the 5Ps which requires to be done:

a.       Perspective: it’s very simple but is also very powerful. It simply reminds us that things could be a lot worst. Perspective means understands that we live a world were half of the people live below the poverty line. Perspective is simply walking the 50 miles away and counts our blessing. Perspective on the bad day is reminding person proverb that is” I curse the fact that I had no nice pair of shoes until I saw a person had no feet”. Perspective is such a tool to bring bad day a perspective and it will turn led into goal which will bring pivot.

 

b.      Pivot: May be we had fight with my classmate, maybe I could not have my favorite lunch, may my boyfriend had ditched me, it can be anything. They is a question that will really help us to Pivot and that is WTOH which means:

·         W: WHAT

·         T: THE

·         O: OPPORTUNITY

·         H: HERE

There is great power in a question and that will allow your brain to hunt for something good. Let’s say you have a fight with your family member, ask yourself “what’s the opportunity here?” then your brain will start searching for the something good here, then you might realize that you have to communicate well or this is the time to show my personal bravery by forgiving, this might be opportunity to understand my family member better. It is simply realizing that when god close one door (i.e. having a bad day) than he opens another door (i.e. opportunity).

c.       Pharmacy: When I will have my difficult day I does yoga with sincerity just start jumping that releases the dope mean in a brain which is the neurons transmitter for inspiration and it cuts down which is a fear hormones. Simply doing swimming, walking, running or jumping when no one is looking it will simply affect your psychology, Neuro-biology and your interior body. You must have experienced that you will always feel different before and after the workout.

d.      Pages: when you have a bad day then open our note book a fresh while paper and pour there pain, frustration, confusions it does something very powerful, it will allows you to release what you are experiencing at the moment. Here is a key, the more you hold on to the pain, frustration, confusion, disappointment the more it grows and the more it brings discomfort.

e.      Planet: Here, plant means nature which is very big in itself. Connecting yourself with the nature, breath a fresh air and realizing that there is something bigger than you. You are part of the nature. Realizing that whatever happens happen for the best, there is something very power who is taking care of your. When you connect yourself with the plant it actually brings recovery methods.

Trying to think about something good when the situation is worst might be difficult but what if situation could be better when you will put some effort then it is worth doing it. Isn’t it?
