Hi friends, Good evening to all of you..

Our body needs basically in total 13 vitamins .They are named from vitamin A to K with various numbers attached to them to make them total 13.Out of them Vitamin B and C are basically soluble in water and B12 & C terms to be most important for human body.B12 is hard to get from vegetarian food.Some time I have seen most of the vegetarian has to take supplement of B12 & D3 from out side in terms of injection or tablets.

Vitamin A. D and K are fat solubles.All these vitamins mostly we get from raw fruits and vegetables and fruits are the main source of them.If any vitamin is less in our body then it can cause severe diseases
