Intake of fruit juice regularly may not be healthy.

 Previously it was thought that a glass of fruit juice a day is very healthy but a recent study by a group of researchers claims the reverse of it. They claim that those who regularly drink fruit juice have significantly higher blood pressure than those who have it occasionally. Due to high sugar content with negligible fibre, a daily glass of fruit juice may lead to high blood pressure which in turn makes them prone to higher risks of cardio-vascular diseases like heart attack or angina. So, despite the fact that juices may have essential vitamins, the regular intake may be detrimental to health instead of being healthy. Moreover, fruit juice has also been accused of helping fuel obesity and diabetes epidemics in Britain. So, be careful.
