Kids should curtail their sodium intake.

As all the foods the present generation kids are fond of contain a high amount of sodium, these kinds of foods can lead to high blood pressure, which is showing up in kids earlier and earlier. A study by Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the US claims that 90 percent of children in their country eat at least 1,000 milligrams more sodium, daily than they should take. As a result, 1 in 6 children between ages 8 and 17 already has elevated blood pressure as found by the same study. So, parents must be very careful that their kids are not overdosing on it.
