Weight losing is not as simple as you think. Here are some of the easy tips to lose weight quickly

  1. Maintain Diet: Dieting is not the process where you have to stop eating your food. However, it is a process where you have to stop eating heavy food and start eating Healthy food. Drink a glass of Orange Juice with morning breakfast. Eat a normal lunch avoid meat if possible have fish or seafood. Because Meat contains lots of calories and seafood contains less calories. Avoid eating fried food such as Chips, fried Chicken etc …instead eat fruits. Have a Light dinner a green salad will do. Drink a full glass of water before every meal and after half an hour of every meal. If Possible drink lemonade after meal
  2. Walk Daily:  Walk at least for half an hour daily. Walking burns your calories.
  3. Adequate Sleep: Get adequate sleep daily. Sleep for at least 7 hours daily. Sleeping plays very important role in Dieting.
  4. Exercise: Crunches is the best exercise to lose your belly asap. Do it for only fifteen minutes daily. Do less but do it correctly.
  5. Make a Dairy: Research says that Person who keeps a Dieting dairy can do it easily.
