Fruits are the great blessing of God.All fruits have different taste,colour and odour.All have great medicinal benefits.Some fruits along with their benefits are described below;

MANGO:

Mango is a fruit of summer.It is used to protect against  leukemia and prostate cancer.Mango contain vitamin A which is good for eyesight.It prevent from night blindness and dry eyes.

APPLE:

Apple is very tasty fruit.It contains antioxidant which reduces risk of cancer.It help in reducing cholestrol level in body and reduces the risk of skin diseases.It also prevent digestive and liver problems.

BANANA:

 

Banana is monkey’s favourite fruit.It is used to avoid anemia, blood pressure,memory loss,depression and mosquitoes bite.It is also used to avoid breast cancer and for temperature control.

ORANGE:

 

Orange is a winter fruit.It contain high concentration of vitamin C and minerals.It contain large amount of fibers to assist digestion.

Raspberry is consider as very good cleaner for mucus and for toxins present in the body.It is a great source of vitamin A and C.

WATERMELON:

 

Watermelon is a summer fruit contain large quantity of water .It contain antioxidant which may reduce risk of cancer.

BLACKBERRY:

LYCHEE:

LOQUAT:
