Mint Cookies 'N Cream Frappe

1 cup brewed coffee, room temperature

1/3 cup Coffee-mate Extra Sweet & Creamy creamer

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

4 mint chocolate sandwich cookies, divided

2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups ice

whipped cream

Place one mint chocolate sandwich cookie in a ziploc bag and crush into fine crumbs, set aside. Pour coffee, creamer, chocolate syrup, remaining 3 cookies, chocolate chips, and ice in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a tall glass or travel cup. Top with whipped cream and reserved cookie crumbs.
