Morning walk is very good for health. The people who daily walk and play can enjoy the life very well and also enjoy very good health. In the morning the atmosphere is very good and every thing is very fresh. The body of human being is also very fresh. There is a well saying of a very wise men that "Early to Bed and Early to rise, make a man health, wealth and wise". This saying is very true. When we get up early in the morning, our whole day is very good. We can enjoy the pure morning air.

Every body should enjoy the morning walk at least for one hour, it will make the man very health. The morning walk is a kind of exercise for the body. Which make a man fresh and healthy. This morning walk make all the body parts very active and healthy. It will also very helpful in reducing the weight. The people who has the problem of obesity can reduce their weight.

Every body is so busy in the present time that no one can find time for exercise due to heavy work burden. People are busy in working the office work from dawn to desk and due to this heavy work there are problems of obesity and other health problems. These problems can be solved and avoided in the future, only through the physical work and morning walk is very helpful and beneficial activity for health point of view. Every body should do morning walk for at least One hour.
