Peach Crumble Smoothie

Yield: 1 smoothie

 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (not quick cooking!)
  • ¼ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt or skyr (I’m used Siggi’s)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (You can also use chopped raw almonds, pecans or walnuts if you prefer.)
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tiny pinch sea salt

 

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (This is a thick smoothie peeps, so give it a couple minutes, okay?)
  2. Pour into tall glass or mason jar and get after it.
