Rahul Gandhi Vice President of the Congress Party of India delivered in his second speech in Parliament in three days. He attacked the government in the cause of net neutrality and accused it of "carving out the net and handing it over to corporates".  Rahul Gandhi had raised the issue during the Zero Hour, so the concerned minister was not supposed to respond to it, but IT Minister made an exception.  He assured the House to protect the future of the Net as the government is determined to make the internet accessible to125 crore Indians and accused the previous UPA government under the leadership of the Congress to block the twitter handles. Reaction of Rahul Gandhi to this accusation is not available yet.
