Fashion label Halston has gone through some drastic changes in the past few weeks in attempt to save the company from demise. The company just let go of clothing designer Sarah jessica Parker(for $3 million) and producer Harvey Weinstein and named Ben Malka as new chairman and chief executive of the company. Malka is planning to revive the dwindling fashion company with a multi-tiered retailing and licensing strategy and with 20 million dollars at his disposal.
