Recipe for joint pain relief

Joint pain is very common problem among the population.  If you are also facing the same problem and fed up with your daily medicines then you should try this recipe that is especially for relief joint pain.  Have 1/3 cup of garlic. In pre-heated olive oil (3 tsp) sauté’ chopped garlic. When it gets golden brown add ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt. After add ½ cup milk. Boil milk for 4-5 minutes. Off the flame and serve hot with chapatti or brown bread. You can use it as side treatment for you joint pain.
