Education is the basic necessity of human life. The importance of education can be judged by the first revelation of the God in which God order that "Iqra" means Read. So education is very important for human life, without education human being is just like animal.

As the level of education of human being increases the capacity and effectiveness of work capacity of human being. Higher Education plays an important role in the economic Development of countries. All the development done in the present developed countries through increase the productivity of of humans.

The developed countries consider Human as "Human Capital" and they invest in this capital to increase the productivity of their countries. All the economists of the world now presently stresses upon increase the investment on human capital. The gain on human capital is much more greater than the any investment in the world. By the use of latest trainings and higher education for the human capital will increase and enhance the productivity of human capital and due to this the developing countries can also develop and make progress as the developed countries make tremendous progress in all fields of life.

The developed countries make huge investment on the human capital and increase the productivity of the country. When the humans are well educated and well trained, they can work more effectively and more accurately. This will enhance their productivity and production possibility curve will shift upward and productivity will increase very sharply as the cob Douglas Production function tells us that technology will enhance the productivity and increase the production.

In the light of above mentioned facts we can surely say that Higher education help the countries in their path of development. so there is dire need to increase the level of education and productivity of the human capital.
