I'm so confuse how come my score is going down instead of going up. The other day my score is 0.01 I know its a little more time so I can reach the score for withdrawal time.  But, this day, it became 0.001, what happen?

Please help, can someone explain to me what is happening? I really confuse right now. I don't know why is this happen.
