Summer is yet to set in full swing but Santacruz in Mumbai on Wednesday recorded a temperature of 40.8 degrees Celsius. The Indian Meteorological Department has warned that the blistering heat is expected to continue for the next few days. It is reported that it was the second highest temperature in the month of March over the past decade.
