Surigao serves as the jump-off point to several sightseeing, swimming, and surfing destinations in northern Mindanao. But only 15mins away from this busy port town is a caver's paradise called Silop, home to a cave complex comprising 14 caves spread across the entire barangay. It features four show caves that can be accessed through 12 entry points, all leading to a chamber of impressive limestone formations.
