ingredients:
- 350 grams of tapioca starch
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten with a fork
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- oil for frying.
How to Make:
- Mix the tapioca flour and salt. Stir well.
- Put the eggs gradually while stirring by hand until the dough forms a perfect (for the dough to be formed).
- Take a little dough, shape using both hands, roll the dough to have a long form such as fish eggs. Collect the results in the oil pan of cold (not preheated).
