Sorrow and pleasure

Posted on at

This is a poem by Robert Browning Hamilton

I walked a mile with Pleasure;

She chatted all the way;

But left me non the wiser;

For all she had to say.

I walked a mile with Sorrow;

And ne'er word said She;

but oh! The things i learned from her,

When sorrow walked with me.

**isn't it ironic that we learn a lot when we are in pain? So, take it. Don't get disappointed with life...deal with it..learn from it
