Soya Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Soya Granules
  • 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  •  1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • Vegetable oil for shallow fry

Direction:

First soak soya granules in warm water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes drain water completely from soya granules. Now mix above all ingredients except oil and make patties. Now shallow fry these patties on pre-heated pan and serve with sauce.
