Children are protected under the cover of KPK Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2010 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. No one is allowed to give pain and torture to a child under age of 18 years as corporal punishment under the pretext of his / her welfare. This law is applicable not only into schools, institutions, organizations, but also on parents as well throughout in province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
