When the second one day international (ODI) match between Pakistan and Zimbabwe was going in full swing at Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore on Friday night, a bomber who was stopped before he could enter the outer wall of the stadium blew himself up killing a sub-inspector and injuring six others. The incident was not reported immediately in order to avoid any untoward incident such as a stampede during the match at the stadium and the match remained uninterrupted amid the explosions.
