Today I learned why it is so important to have an authenticator. My best friend who brought me to WoW, spent hours upon hours showing me how to play etc has had his account hacked. They took everything they could from all his characters, stripped them bare. I am sick over it and my heart breaks for him. If you don't have one get it!
