PLDT Month Long Connection Issue

My mom and dad are the only ones using our connection at home and since they are not really "techy" in terms of the cables, troubleshooting and so on plus they are too shy to complain it to the ISP or internet service provider, whenever they had issues with their internet connection, they would just let it be and wait for it to work again but it is totally different when I know something is just not okay.

My battle for getting the internet connection fixed lasted for more than a month, imagine how much patience I have to exert in order for me to get it working again.

First call - December 18, 2014
Spoke to Charles, troubleshooted it and no avail so he gave me a reference report number to serve as a followup since I have to wait for a result of the update he said he did from his end. Ref: 595016157

Second call on the next day, spoke to another agent whom I was not able to note the name. Same issue, he made some changes again from his system and said I should wait for 24 hours again.

Third call on the 20th of the same month, spoke to Baron and he had set me for a technician appointment with ref: 595608461. He said it is scheduled on the 22nd because 21st was a Sunday. Monday came and no one came, I waited for it until the next day on the 23rd but still no one came. Unfortunately, the next day was 24th and 25th and those were Holidays. So, I waited for the 27th.

Fourth call and spoke to Janrick and he told me I was scheduled on that day 28th between 1-5pm but I doubt it as it was a Sunday but still I waited yet same story, then came 29 and there was a storm in our province so I didn't bother calling as I know the technicians won't be coming at all.

It's almost new year but the issue was still there, I called Eli on the 2nd of January 2015 to follow up, she then told me that it has been rescheduled for the 3rd between 8-12nn. I just kept calm and relax this whole time.

By the next day, I called early morning, spoke to Miss Lee then she promised me techs will come in a full day time frame. So I still waited but same story again. No one came. I got tired of calling though so I just let it be like that and leave it to them to come to our home.

Came the 8th of January and I have to go back to Cebu. I called and spoke to three agents, Jojo who gave me a new ref number with a complaint note : 596644452 then to Jack and Candice as well. They promised me that they will follow up on this case.

I already told my mom that techs might come anytime so by around 20th of January, at last techs were knocking at our gate. They got it fixed on that day then they still went back to the house on the 27th to double check and verify if it has indeed been working properly.

That's more than a month but I have been really calm about it because I was still able to connect to the internet but it was just inconsistent and was a pain when we are paying our bill and not getting the right service. My parents had been subscribed to their service for more than four years and that we have 2MB speed on our contract and our monthly bill is at 800 pesos.
