Some time off to do what I Love!

Hi All!

Its been quiet for a few weeks for me on film annex, mainly because my week days have consisted of 6.30am calltimes, and wrap times as late as 11pm - 3am (With a 1 hr 30 min journey either end) .... leaving me with little sleep and little time!

It was a bit of a crazy job, involving people bungee jump apple bobbing, people jumping through ice cream truck windows and 100 extras to try and organize, hence the long hours!

The good thing about being freelance however, is that you do crazy hours, but can pick and choose your days/weeks! It wreaks havoc with your sleeping plan, but is great for fitting in the creative things you want to do.

Luckily, this week, I have some time off- firstly to catch up on sleep, and secondly to help to Produce Jack Tew's new short film!! We're heading back to our filmmaking roots, and doing a few location recees in Stoke On Trent over the next few days!

Myself and Jack plan to really involve the film annex community in our up and coming projects, and i think with Jacks creative view on things in his blogs, and my producing view on things, it could be interesting to follow. So I will be trying to give "Producers Tips" On how myself and Jack have gone about making them, while he gives you the directors perspective.

Head on over to Jacks page to see his blogs on what exactly we'll be making:

But for now, here is a quick short test for another idea that's in the pipeline:
