A hug, by: Zarlasht Sarmast

I hugged three things today: My cat, a big tree and a nice kind old woman who is a best friend from years, I feel grateful and beyond happy. It took me to a totally new world, where there is just love and kindness. Think beautiful, do beautiful and make this world a beautiful place to live, by just a simple act of kindness, maybe a hug. Sometimes, a hug is all that we need.

I miss my mother’s hugs right now; she has the BIGEST WARMEST and full of LOVE hug. She smells really nice when I hug her. When I am close to her I hug her almost all the time.

Kindness has different types, one of the ways you can be kind is to give a hug, to a friend, to your sister, brother, mother, father or just give a hug another human being. Make their day special, make them feel happy and you will feel happier. Who doesn’t want a hug?

A hug Means a lot. Love, friendship, hope and smile, a hug is a great way to let someone know you care about them.

Help someone open up emotionally, Make someone feel accepted, improve your immune system, Relieve stress. Hug someone; in fact hug the person right next to you right now.

Whatever the situation, giving a hug is a simple act of kindness, that’s sure to brighten someone’s day.

If you’re not comfortable with hugging strangers, just make an effort to hug your family and friends more. When you see a relative or friend, greet them with a hug. A hug is a need.
